Do you have a store I can visit?

teenybumps.com is an online store and has no physical store available for customers to visit.

 

What brands do you stock? We stock over 50 international brands, including our own Teeny Bumps brand.

 

Do you have a size guide?

Our size guide is available on the product page, contact us at if you need help with ordering.

 

Is there someone I can contact?

One of our friendly Teeny Bumps staff will gladly help you out with your order! Check out the contact us section for more information.

 

Do you give discounts on clothing?

Occasionally, we provide special offers and discounts, please sign up for our newsletter for discounts and promotions.

 

Do you provide express shipping?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a faster shipping method at this time.

 

How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?

When you make a purchase with Teeny Bumps, we will send you a confirmation email with the details. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us.

 

How long before I get my order?

Our orders are delivered with 7-25 business days.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, systemically the processing of the order starts almost immediately but in some circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order. 

The best way to get your issue resolved is to email us using our contact us and request that your order be cancelled.

You will receive an email confirmation if we have been successful in cancelling your order. If not, please follow our returns procedures for unwanted items.

Please note we CANNOT cancel an order that has already been shipped.

 

I’ve received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?

We have options available for customers that are not satisfied with their Teeny Bumps purchase. For more information, read our return policy.

 

How do I make a complaint?

We take complaints seriously and will try to resolve any dispute as soon as possible! Customers wishing to complain are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
